I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The location was convenient, surrounded by essential conveniences, but there were some abandoned buildings nearby. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, and the front desk service was not ideal.

The hotel had a nice temperature already set in the rooms, which were very clean, smelled good, and were nice. The service should do everything in their power to make sure special requests of Choice Reward members are honored and the amenities were great. The location is great and in an area that has a fantastic strip mall up the street with conveniences such as Walmart, Target, etc. The dining was pretty much a continental one, being cold and not what I expected. The facilities were excellent with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, laundry, wake up service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, just as advertised. However, there was a slight issue with cigarette smoke odor in the room. The service was outstanding, although I was woken up early by housekeeping. The location was convenient for me, with easy access to nearby shopping areas. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of options. Overall, a decent hotel with some minor drawbacks.
